Set up Azure infrastructure, move passwords and keys out of the code, and separate the test version from the live one. Fix the code and security gaps found in the check.

Add automated tests and try every change on the test version first. Build a release routine that works the same way every time, before anything goes live.

05 / The free readiness check

Know where you stand before you decide anything.

A two-page report written for you, not for an engineer. Each serious finding is one sentence about the consequence, such as “anyone on the internet can read your customer list”, never a technical rule name.

Only with your written go-ahead. We never look at your systems until you have agreed to it in writing.
We only read. We ask for read-only access to your code. For the database you run a short script yourself; it shows how your data is organised and protected, never the data itself.
The findings are yours. The report goes to you and nobody else.
Urgent problems are reported the same day. If we find data leaking right now, we tell you at once, whether or not you buy anything.

Prices exclude VAT. Apps that almost fit get the fixed price plus a named, priced addition for each extra, agreed before we start. Hosting and AI subscriptions are paid by you directly to the providers.

07 / Questions

Good things to ask before you start.

Which apps fit the fixed price?

A working web app built with React (using Vite or Next.js), with its data in Supabase or PostgreSQL, kept in one GitHub repository. It does not matter which AI tool built it. Many of our customers start in Lovable and continue in Claude; the result has the same shape.

I have no idea what my app is built with. Is that a problem?

No. Finding out is the first thing the readiness check does. You do not need to know any of the terms on this page to get started.

What if my app does not fit?

The report says so plainly. If it almost fits, you get the fixed price plus a priced addition for each extra. If it is a different kind of app altogether, we tell you, and can offer ordinary consulting instead.

Do you need to see my customers’ data?

No. The readiness check looks at how your data is organised and protected, not at the data. Reviewing a change means reading code and results from the test version. After launch we have no standing access to live customer data at all.

What happens if a change breaks something after launch?

That is what the rollback is for: one command puts the previous version back. The database can be restored to an earlier point in time, and we have already practised that restore with your app during the launch.

How fast does an engineer review a risky change?

Within three business days on the entry plan, and by the end of the next business day on the higher plan. A review ends in a clear decision: approved, or not approved with the reasons.

Is this a round-the-clock operations service?

No. Support is during Swedish business hours. What you get is a setup where problems are rare, visible and quick to undo. Round-the-clock cover can be quoted separately.

What happens if I stop the subscription?

Your app keeps running. The code, the accounts, the release process and the safety setup are yours and stay in place.
